Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales with a focus on helping cultivators solve labor and production bottlenecks while securing recurring service agreements and partnership contracts.
- The ideal candidate understands cultivation operations, can speak confidently with owners, directors of cultivation, and operations managers, and is comfortable selling six-month and annual service partnerships rather than one-time trimming projects.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional and engaging demeanor
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Knowledge of marketing principles and outbound calling strategies to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Ability to conduct warm calling with a customer-centric approach that fosters trust and rapport
- Experience in customer service environments that require active listening, problem-solving, and clear articulation of solutions
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Engage potential clients through warm calling techniques, establishing rapport and understanding their needs
- Qualify inbound inquiries and leads by assessing their fit with our solutions and recording detailed information in CRM software
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize lead generation efforts
- Utilize CRM tools such as Hubspot to track interactions, update lead status, and manage follow-up activities efficiently
- Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate value propositions during calls
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and prospects for future outreach
