REQUIREMENTS
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual fluency in English plus additional languages are highly valued
- Strong sales aptitude with experience in outbound calling or call center environments
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data management and reporting
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in data entry and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions or perform cash handling duties accurately when needed
- Analysis skills to interpret sales data, customer feedback, and market trends for strategic decision-making
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, customer support best practices, and professional demeanor in all interactions
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calling and personalized communication to promote our products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Conduct data entry accurately to update client records, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and communication skills during all client interactions
- Support client onboarding processes, including explaining product features, pricing, and service options clearly
- Collaborate with team members to analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to achieving team targets
