Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in call center roles, outbound calling, or customer support is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with data entry and typing skills are essential
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in sales or client services is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Ability to analyze information quickly and adapt communication style accordingly
  • Basic computer skills necessary for navigating CRM systems and managing digital correspondence

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette to generate interest in our services
  • Engage with clients in multiple languages, including bilingual communication, to accommodate diverse customer needs
  • Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and accurately entering data into our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Schedule appointments for sales teams or service providers, ensuring all details are clear and confirmed
  • Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including call notes, appointment schedules, and client preferences using Microsoft Office tools or specialized software
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every caller
