Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Banking Operations, or Trade Finance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit (LCs), is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through various communication channels.
  • Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Assist clients with trade finance and banking-related processes.
  • Prepare, review, and manage trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit (LCs) and related records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests and transactions.
  • Follow up on customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities as required.
