Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in commercial/B2B sales.
- Location: Must be based in, or intimately familiar with the commercial landscape of, Virginia or New Jersey.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. High digital literacy for managing virtual communication and sales tracking.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as a 1099 contractor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prospect, and close new commercial business accounts within your regional territory.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach and pitch presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients and decision-makers.
- Work independently and virtually to meet and exceed mutually agreed-upon sales targets.
