Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Head of Digital Marketing Head of E-commerce & Trade Marketing.
  • At least 10 years of total experience in marketing.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in e-commerce within the last 2–3 years.
  • Practical experience working in retail companies.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing and traffic generation tools for physical retail stores.
  • Experience managing marketing calendars and seasonal promotional planning.
  • Experience working with suppliers and coordinating joint marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Shopify is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience growing and managing Instagram accounts and working with influencers.
  • Experience managing marketing teams and external contractors.
  • Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven decision-making experience.
  • We are particularly interested in candidates from retail chains specializing in children’s products, toys, cosmetics, fragrances, fashion retail, accessories, and consumer electronics.
  • Experience in children’s retail will be considered a significant advantage.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy across both online and offline sales channels.
  • Manage and further develop the company’s Shopify-based e-commerce website.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and regular updating of product listings on the website.
  • Manage and supervise website SEO optimization activities.
  • Oversee Google Ads setup, performance, and optimization.
  • Manage and grow the company’s Instagram presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with bloggers and influencers.
  • Drive traffic to both the online store and physical retail locations.
  • Improve conversion rates from store visitors to paying customers.
  • Increase both online and offline sales performance.
  • Manage the company’s annual marketing calendar and promotional schedule.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing activities across the retail store network.
  • Develop and implement seasonal campaigns, special offers, and promotional events designed to attract customers.
  • Create sales-driving initiatives and customer traffic generation programs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and their marketing departments to organize joint promotional activities.
  • Coordinate the production and placement of POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) across retail locations.
  • Plan marketing support for new product launches and seasonal collections.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Develop and grow the company’s e-commerce business.
  • Generate targeted traffic for both the online store and physical retail locations.
  • Analyze marketing performance indicators, advertising effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage and control the marketing budget.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and consumer behavior analysis.
  • Develop recommendations and initiatives to increase store footfall and drive sales growth.
  • Manage external contractors, advertising agencies, and marketing partners.
  • Lead the marketing team and contribute to its ongoing development and expansion.
