Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience clipping live streams, gaming content, or YouTube videos
• A strong sense of what makes content shareable and “scroll-stopping”
• Ability to provide a fast turnaround, including same-day clip delivery
• Deep familiarity with short-form video platforms (TikTok, Shorts, Reels)
• Basic video editing skills, including proficiency with cuts, pacing, and subtitles
• Flexible availability to work around various stream schedules

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Watch live streams and long-form videos to identify standout, viral moments
• Cut clips ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes optimized for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
• Add subtitles, engaging hooks, and attention-grabbing titles to maximize engagement
• Deliver high-quality clips with a fast turnaround while streams are still fresh
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure all clips match Bilal Fadili’s style and audience expectations
