REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong office skills including data entry proficiency and familiarity with office software.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and client services best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
