REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs.
- Previous experience as a personal or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and reminders using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Handle correspondence via email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Support front desk operations virtually by managing multi-line phone systems, customer inquiries, and client support.
- Coordinate office management activities such as file organization, and document preparation.
- Provide personal assistant services including travel arrangements, task prioritization, and project support.
