Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management and marketing
- Engineering or technical background
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively across different business groups
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present data and conclusions clearly
Preferred
- Experience in Consumer Product management
- Experience working directly with retailers or large customers on go-to-market strategies
- Experience working within a large global company
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a Power Tool Accessory Portfolio by developing product and market strategies to drive global growth and profitability
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including short and long-term P&L management
- Identify and develop new product and market opportunities through end-user and competitive market research
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and finance to drive the New Product Development Process
- Collaborate with brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch programs and marketing strategies
- Develop marketing collateral, advertising materials, and web content to promote the managed portfolio
- Execute comprehensive strategic plans for retail and industrial product portfolios
