Senior AI Product Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years in project/product management, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML projects.
• Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps.
• Experience with Telco and/or Fintech industries (fraud detection, risk scoring, digital banking, telecom analytics).
• Skilled in Agile/Project Management; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multi-country projects and manage stakeholders at C-level.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional AI/ML teams.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business impact.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI) is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead AI/ML projects end-to-end, from concept through production.
• Define project roadmaps, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with business needs.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (data engineers, ML engineers, designers).
• Collaborate with executives and business leaders to ensure adoption and measurable ROI (churn reduction, fraud prevention, revenue growth).
• Ensure compliance with governance, data security, and industry best practices.
• Monitor AI/ML market trends and propose enhancements to solutions and processes.
