Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Property Knowledge: Genuine familiarity with UK property investment strategies – Rent-to-Rent, Buy Refurbish Refinance, Deal Sourcing, Serviced Accommodation or HMO’s either through personal investment experience, professional background, or demonstrated through completion of Samuel Leeds training programmes. Members are making a significant financial commitment and expect to be guided by someone who understands the realities of property investment.
- Master Facilitator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You must be high-energy, warm, authoritative, and capable of holding a focused, productive session over Zoom.
- Process-Driven & Tech-Savvy: You thrive in a structured environment. You can effortlessly manage a high volume of calls, navigate internal CRM systems and input data accurately under tight timelines.
- Premium Client Experience: Background in high-ticket client onboarding, account management, corporate recruitment, luxury hospitality, or premium customer success is highly valued.
- Based in Dubai: Must have or be eligible for valid UAE residency, as all sessions are conducted from our Dubai infrastructure.
- Coachability: A sharp mind ready to absorb and apply the Samuel Leeds property investment methodologies with confidence.
- Previous experience in an advisory, coaching, or consultative role.
- Personal property investment experience in the UK or internationally.
- Familiarity with the Samuel Leeds Academy and its core strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Personal Business Planning Sessions
- Conduct one-to-one Personal Business Planning Sessions per day (approx 15 to 25 per week) with newly enrolled Academy members.
- Lead members through our structured onboarding assessment to capture their financial targets, timeline, risk appetite and current capital position.
- Apply the established Samuel Leeds frameworks to each member’s individual situation to establish their core property strategy (e.g., Rent-to-Rent, BRR, Deal Sourcing, Serviced Accommodation or HMOs).
- Deliver a clear, actionable 12 month blueprint with specific, bite-sized milestones tailored to that member’s circumstances.
2. Framework Execution & Documentation
- Utilise our proprietary internal systems to efficiently process member data and output a polished, consistent Personal Business Plan.
- Deconstruct the final plan for the member during the live call, explaining the strategic rationale behind their milestones so they leave the session completely aligned and motivated.
- Ensure all documentation is finalised and uploaded to the Academy management system on the same day as the session.
3. Milestone Review Consultancy
- Conduct structured follow-up calls with members at key milestones (such as the 3-month or 6-month marks) to review progress against their original business plan, keep them accountable, and reset goals for the next phase.
4. Ecosystem Handover
- Maintain meticulous records of all sessions (dates, times, summaries) on our CRM all records completed on the same day as each session.
- Provide structured feedback to leadership on common trends, member questions, and friction points to help continuously optimise the onboarding framework.
