REQUIREMENTS
- 3 or more years of professional content writing, editing, or content marketing experience.
- A strong portfolio that shows clear, polished writing across multiple formats and channels.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and adjusting quickly as priorities change.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional partners such as marketing, design, and product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, write, edit, and publish high quality content across web, blog, email, social, and in product channels.
- Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and style across all content, and help refine content guidelines as the brand evolves.
- Partner with marketing, design, product, and subject matter experts to turn complex topics into clear and engaging stories.
- Manage an editorial calendar, balance multiple projects at once, and keep work moving against deadlines.
- Optimize content for SEO and accessibility, and use performance data to improve future work.
- Review and proof content for accuracy, clarity, and quality before it goes live.
