Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 or more years of professional content writing, editing, or content marketing experience.
  • A strong portfolio that shows clear, polished writing across multiple formats and channels.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and adjusting quickly as priorities change.
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional partners such as marketing, design, and product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, write, edit, and publish high quality content across web, blog, email, social, and in product channels.
  • Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and style across all content, and help refine content guidelines as the brand evolves.
  • Partner with marketing, design, product, and subject matter experts to turn complex topics into clear and engaging stories.
  • Manage an editorial calendar, balance multiple projects at once, and keep work moving against deadlines.
  • Optimize content for SEO and accessibility, and use performance data to improve future work.
  • Review and proof content for accuracy, clarity, and quality before it goes live.
