Junior Event Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in event management or related roles
- Proven experience organizing both offline and online events
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency in budget tracking (Excel, Google Sheets) and task management tools (Trello, Asana)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively both independently and within a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support various event types including international fairs, business dinners, networking events, webinars, and workshops
- Manage budgets, sign contracts, process invoices, and prepare reporting documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect requirements and create event timelines
- Plan and conduct weekly project team calls
- Source and brief worldwide contractors for both online and offline events
- Collaborate with the design team and assist in creating event scripts and content
- Ensure smooth event execution and resolve on-site issues
- Analyze event success and prepare analytical reports to improve future delivery
