Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field is a plus
  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a healthcare related role
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a minimum of 40–50 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with electronic health record systems, CRM software, or database management tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive client and organizational information with discretion and professionalism
  • Genuine passion for behavioral health, wellness, and making a positive impact in the community
  • Bilingual skills are a welcome bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain client records, program data, and operational information across company databases and systems
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to entry
  • Process and manage incoming data from multiple sources including clinical, administrative, and operations teams
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in a timely and thorough manner
  • Generate and compile data reports for internal departments and management review
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records and filing systems in compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and workflow efficiency
  • Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and database management projects as needed
  • Handle all client and organizational data with the highest level of confidentiality and in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy regulations
  • Respond to internal data requests promptly and professionally
  • Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and communicate recommendations to management
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required
