Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is required
• Previous recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or coordination experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and adaptable
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup)
• Reliable hardware including an Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or equivalent, 8 GB RAM, webcam, and noise-canceling USB headset
• A quiet, dedicated home office space

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate outreach and maintain organized recruiting workflows
• Assist with interview coordination and scheduling
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing documentation
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Support recruiting operations and talent pipeline management initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with the team to provide thoughtful input and ideas
