REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
- Strong computer skills
- Flexible schedule
- Previous experience in customer service and must have a basic knowledge of the Michigan medical marijuana program
- Knowledge of cannabis products, including different strains, consumption methods, and dosage guidelines is advantageous
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Energetic attitude with a passion for helping others and promoting wellness initiatives
- Basic understanding of legal regulations related to cannabis
- Willingness to learn about new products, industry trends, and evolving policies
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment that encourages open communication and trust
- Preparing State applications and prepping the clinic day
- answering emails, phone calls, and texts
- answering questions about the medical marijuana program in Michigan and Illinois
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members
