REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in phone-based sales (1+ years preferred)
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound dialing
• Strong objection handling and closing skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Experience with CRM tools (FollowUpBoss)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work Lighthouse Program leads provided to you daily
• Make 100+ outbound calls per day — consistently
• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and close deals
• Log all activity and pipeline in CRM accurately
• Follow up persistently with warm and cold leads
