Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in payments or core banking solutions
• Experience with SaaS and Cloud technologies
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python, or Golang
• Proficiency in web services including REST, HTTP, and FTP
• Experience with card management platforms and conducting technical product demonstrations
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the lead technical partner for Pismo’s card management platform throughout the presales lifecycle
• Translate client business and operational requirements into scalable solution designs
• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations for credit, debit, and prepaid products
• Guide customers on API and webhook integrations and ensure alignment with ISO 8583 financial message formats
• Shape product configuration, integration patterns, and migration approaches
• Partner with sales teams to articulate Pismo’s value and bridge client requirements with technical capabilities
