REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of commercial experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market restaurant partners, acting as their primary point of contact
- Build strong relationships through regular performance and business reviews
- Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase order volume and partner performance
- Monitor operational metrics and support partners in improving service quality
- Drive adoption of marketing tools, promotions, and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure partner success
