  • Comfortable using computers daily
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn scheduling/CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming phone calls and speak with customers professionally
  • Schedule service appointments and manage daily routes
  • Respond to customer emails and messages
  • Enter estimates and work orders into our system
  • Prepare and send invoices
  • Record payments and basic bookkeeping
  • Maintain organized customer records
  • Communicate with field technicians regarding schedule changes
  • Follow up with customers after service
