Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience supporting senior executives in corporate or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms and expense management tools
- Experience with project management or CRM software
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support day-to-day administrative and personal assistance tasks for executive leadership
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation
- Assist with project coordination, vendor communication, and operational logistics
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, emails, and requests
- Maintain organized digital records, files, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient workflow
