REQUIREMENTS
- Senior-level, full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Strong payroll troubleshooting experience
- Strong balance sheet knowledge
- Clear, professional, compassionate communication
- Ability to self-manage deadlines and priorities
- Confidence working without constant oversight
- QBO Certification preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-charge bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
- Client onboarding and cleanup
- Manage multiple client accounts (10+ per month)
- Historical cleanup and balance sheet issue resolution
- Reviewing and explaining financials to clients
- Payroll processing and troubleshooting
- Reconciling tax schedules to QBO
- Cross-checking reports across platforms
- Client communication by email and portal
