REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in sales operations, onboarding, billing, or legal operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows
- Confident in client-facing financial communication
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working with billing systems and cross-functional teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Onboarding & Case Setup
- Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure all documentation and payments are complete
- Assign cases and prepare files for legal teams
- Serve as the final quality checkpoint before work begins
Billing & Financial Oversight
- Monitor payments, failed transactions, and fee progress
- Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve issues proactively
Collections & Follow-Up
- Track collections and ensure timely follow-ups
- Oversee billing-related tasks for accuracy and completion
Case Closure
- Manage end-of-case procedures including final billing and file archiving
- Ensure all operational and financial items are resolved
Collaboration & Support
- Assist intake and scheduling as needed
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and leadership
