Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior phone sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center experience preferred
• Clear, professional spoken English
• Comfortable making 80–120 dials per shift
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a headset
• Coachable — we have a script and process, and we’ll train you on the product
• Self-disciplined; this is a remote role

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to a provided list of U.S. importers
• Briefly explain TRG’s program and qualify interest
• Schedule discovery calls with our sales team
• Log call notes and outcomes in our CRM
• Hit daily call and conversation targets
