Data Entry Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry tools)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good written communication skills
- Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required
Preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM or database systems
- Previous remote work experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and update real estate property listings in company databases
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records
- Review data for errors and ensure accuracy
- Organize and manage digital files and documentation
- Assist with administrative and reporting tasks
- Communicate with internal team members regarding updates
