Remote Lead Management & Admissions Support
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English required (written and spoken — this will be assessed)
- Exceptional organizational skills (most important requirement)
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
- Strong written communication — clear, professional, structured
- High level of reliability and consistency
- Ability to follow processes and maintain organization over time
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and track all inbound leads in a structured and organized manner
- Conduct consistent follow-up with prospective students over time via telephone, email and Whatsapp
- Respond promptly and professionally via email and messaging platforms
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications
- Ensure no leads are missed or left without follow-up
- Guide prospective students through early-stage program questions
- Work within a CRM system (HubSpot or similar)
