REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated Project Management or Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in Enterprise Software Implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, SAP B1, Power B1, DAX, and SQL.
• Experience with Python and Azure Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and analyze process improvements.
• Lead customer projects and business process enhancements.
• Conduct data analytics and generate reports to optimize business processes.
• Develop data flow and propose system improvements.
• Manage improvement projects from ideation to implementation, utilizing SQL and Python.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI reports, SAP queries, and Azure Cloud services.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
• Promote understanding and adoption of key projects across the business.
• Manage change and train end-users for successful implementation.
