Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English is required, with additional languages highly desirable
- Strong sales aptitude with a passion for engaging customers and closing appointments
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, active listening, and clear articulation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; comfortable with computer use and data entry tasks
- Experience in outbound calling or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Good analysis skills to identify promising leads and prioritize outreach efforts
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact lists, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times
- Engage prospects with enthusiasm, clearly explaining services and benefits to generate interest
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing client needs to determine appointment suitability
- Schedule appointments accurately within our calendar system, confirming details with clients to ensure attendance
- Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture relationships and maximize appointment attendance
- Maintain detailed records of all calls, interactions, and scheduled appointments using data entry tools
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent messaging
