Senior Solution Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

7-10 years in Enterprise Solution Engineering or technical consulting in B2B SaaS

Experience facilitating proof-of-value workshops and delivering training

Understanding of AIM software in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Manufacturing

Domain expertise in Asset Reliability and Asset Safety preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Account Executives during sales processes by translating customer technical priorities into high-impact use cases for our client’s IMS

Conduct platform demos and discovery calls with prospective enterprise customers

Design and scope proof-of-value projects that demonstrate platform value within short timeframes

Create reusable collateral including product demos, case studies, and best practices to scale solution engineering expertise

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer insights into roadmap improvements

Lead development of new use cases and assess product-solution fit for emerging customer needs

Address customer churn issues by working with existing customers to maximize product value
