Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous administrative, medical office, or billing experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in basic computer systems (email, scheduling tools, EMR preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
- Assist with billing-related tasks and documentation
- Support patient/client intake coordination processes
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Assist with day-to-day operational needs as required
