Account Manager II
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F&B sectors.
- Candidate must be fluent in Arabic.
- Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
- Drive partners’ performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support onboarding and training of new partners to set them up for success.
- Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to drive platform improvements.
