HR & Recruitment Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, minimum 2-3 years of experience in UAE recruitment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Preferred
Experience with HRMS or ATS software, fluency in English and Arabic, professional HR certification (CIPD/SHRM).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, coordinate interviews with clients and candidates, handle payroll processing and compliance, provide HR consulting services, assist with visa and PRO services.
