Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and ATS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with clients.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients.
