Business Analyst

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech/product or E-commerce company.

Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms online shopping workflows and customer journey optimization.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in writing clear and concise documentation (BRD PRD user flows etc.).

Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence Figma or similar.

Strong communication skills able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of SQL or analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel) is a plus.

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and document product requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation.
• Analyze user data for product optimization.
• Support UAT and facilitate team workshops.
