Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in security, identification, or technology solutions)
• Strong understanding of consultative solution selling
• Ability to engage multi-level stakeholders (HR, IT, Security, Finance)
• Experience selling hardware + software integrated solutions preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing capability
• CRM proficiency (Zoho /Odoo preferred)

Preferred Experience

• ID card printing systems
• Access control systems
• Biometric authentication solutions
• Identity lifecycle or credential management software
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Account Management

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and enterprise clients utilizing identification, ID card printing, and access control solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with HR, IT, Security, Facilities, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, software integration, and expanded credentialing solutions.
• Ensure long-term retention through proactive account reviews and solution optimization.

Business Development & Prospecting

• Develop and manage a personal pipeline through proactive prospecting, including cold outreach and networking.
• Identify new opportunities within target sectors (corporate, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, education).
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Present integrated solutions including ID card printers, access control systems, and identity lifecycle software.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while addressing technical and commercial objections.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Support the Sales Lead in executing strategic growth plans aligned with revenue and profitability targets.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within agreed timelines.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across hardware, software, and service offerings.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Prepare structured daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments in access control, biometrics, and identity management.
• Identify opportunities for new product offerings or system enhancements.

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM.
• Ensure clear visibility of pipeline activity, forecasting, and account status.
• Track customer lifecycle opportunities from initial engagement to renewal and expansion.

Industry Representation

• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, security conferences, and technology events.
• Promote the company’s expertise in secure identification and access control solutions.
