Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of experience in brand, communications, or media leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience building, repositioning, or strengthening brands within operating businesses
• Proven experience leading website or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Experience working within founder-led or growth-stage organisations is preferred
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in brand, digital strategy, or communications is advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and refine brand positioning and messaging frameworks across Group entities
• Develop and formalize tone of voice and brand guidelines
• Audit existing websites and digital presence
• Lead website rebuild and digital development initiatives from concept through launch
• Develop structured media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Establish content pillars and 90-day media roadmaps
• Ensure visual and narrative consistency across digital platforms
• Build and manage internal media resources, including hiring and developing a small team
• Implement clear timelines, accountability frameworks, and performance tracking
• Provide structured reporting to senior leadership on progress and impact
