REQUIREMENTS

1. Open to Asian & CIS nationals aged 40 and below with at least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
2. Strong digital and social media skills; proven to drive sales and guest traffic.
3. Excellent project management, communication, and creative skills.
4. Thrives in fast-paced settings and manages multiple projects effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop outlet-specific annual and monthly marketing calendars, conduct market/competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
2. Boost visits through targeted promotions, loyalty initiatives, community marketing, and strong online-to-offline conversion.
3. Oversee content creation, social media, paid ads, reputation management, and creative production (photo/video shoots, menus, digital assets).
4. Build influencer/brand collaborations, execute weekly/monthly events, track campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimize for ROI.
