RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify target audiences and plan content to engage them effectively
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and platform updates

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators

3. Platform Management

  • Manage accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
  • Monitor comments, messages, and interactions
  • Respond to inquiries and build online community engagement

4. Campaign Execution

  • Plan and run paid and organic campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions and product launches
  • Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
  • Analyze data and generate insights
  • Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements

6. Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners
  • Manage partnerships and campaign deliverables
