REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial minerals / bulk raw materials
  • Strong knowledge of Quicklime applications in steel manufacturing
  • Experience in export markets (Middle East, Africa, Asia preferred)
  • Understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms, LC, FOB, CIF, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Business
  • Existing network in steel plants or industrial buyers
  • Experience handling bulk shipments (vessel/container logistics)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute export sales strategy for Quicklime and related products
  • Identify and acquire new customers in steel, construction, and industrial sectors
  • Build long-term relationships with steel plants and bulk industrial buyers
  • Handle price negotiations, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams for smooth execution
  • Monitor global market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Participate in international trade fairs and industry exhibitions
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
