REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in the automotive industry (workshop, logistics, or coordination roles preferred).
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with workflow tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with external partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and preparation with partner workshops, ensuring adherence to quality standards and turnaround targets.
- Arrange vehicle pick-up and drop-off between showroom and workshops, working closely with recovery teams.
- Monitor all repair and maintenance timelines and resolve any delays or workflow issues.
- Liaise with the sales team to address any last-minute vehicle needs before handover.
- Manage the sourcing and timely delivery of vehicle parts by coordinating with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records using internal tracking systems and software.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workshop processes and reduce lead times.
- Ensure all vehicles are prepared efficiently and meet showroom readiness criteria.
