Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales is desirable
  • Familiarity with data entry tasks requiring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices, including active listening and problem-solving techniques

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Assist clients with product information, service details, and troubleshooting to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new services
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Handle cash transactions securely when applicable, maintaining precise records of payments and receipts
  • Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions or upgrades
  • Maintain comprehensive records of interactions, transactions, and client feedback for analysis and continuous improvement
