Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience
• You write exceptional code and have strong proficiency across multiple programming languages
• You have demonstrated interest in AI (e.g., experimenting with LangChain, built an LLM-based side project, or are a ChatGPT power user)
• You are comfortable working across the full stack (backend, frontend, data layer, and infrastructure) and willing to learn quickly
• You love solving hard, new problems and are capable of self-teaching, asking why, and experimenting to solve unfamiliar problems
• You are start-up ready and can jump in without instruction, with a no job too big, no job too small mindset
• You are comfortable talking with users and deeply care about the user to ensure the product meets their needs
• You are a great teammate, comfortable helping others, and champion integrity to build a growth-focused culture

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop custom AI solutions tailored to the unique needs of customers, ensuring seamless integration and scalability
• Partner with a high-caliber team across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering, to prototyping, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and support
• Actively shape engineering and broader company culture, including learning, hiring, and celebration processes
