REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of direct sales success in software, cloud, or software-as-a-service markets, specifically within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas in the Middle East market.
- Natural communicator with the confidence to interact productively with stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels.
- Advanced negotiation and closing capabilities with a commitment to strategy and long-term customer relations.
- Location: Dubai (DIC), United Arab Emirates – In Office.
- Travel up to 60% predominantly within the GCC (excluding Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead market growth by hunting for new logos and expanding our footprint within assigned areas of the Gulf Cooperation Council mid-market (excluding the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations sector.
- Orchestrate a high-impact sales pipeline, managing end-to-end cycles from initial prospecting to closing complex software, cloud, or software-as-a-service deals.
- Drive strategic collaboration by preparing professional, winning proposals and responding to critical Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals for major regional projects.
- Cultivate influential relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate their digital transformation journey.
