JOB DETAILS
REQUIREMENTS
– Previous experience working in an Accounting or Bookkeeping Firm with regular client contact
– Qualified with minimum Cerificate IV in bookkeeping or accounting – but higher is ideal
– Registered BAS Agent is preferred
– Experience withe Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager is preferred
– Working in a similar role previously is highly advantageous
RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular client contact
– Introducing clients to our suite of services
– Managing client transition from one bookkeeper to another
– Client retention
– Critical issue management with our bookkeepers
– Database management
– Corresponding with our bookkeepers to achieve results for our clients
– Assisting to oversee our practice compliance
– Managing Quarterly BAS cycles
