REQUIREMENTS

• 
  No prior work experience required.
• Relevant degree preferred.
• Experience in one of the larger ERPs is preferred.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Ability to act independently to research and resolve product/customer issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaison to internal customers regarding master data changes and P2P processes.
• Onboard and perform data conversion activities with new customers.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve problems of master data in production and non-prod environments.
• Assist in data standardization, vendor research, data categorization, contract research, price updates, price discrepancy review and resolution, and other tasks related to the cleansing and maintenance of member data.
• Research, identify, and collaborate with the different Vizient groups such as product sourcing, contracting, product information management (PIM) as well as our suppliers and members.
• Perform updates and changes to Central Procurement Office management system to include, system setup, Masterfile maintenance, adding new users, and data as needed to support business.
• Work within established guidelines to support predefined data needs for project delivery.
• Learn from peers and direct manager to gain knowledge and expertise.
• Receive guidance and direction to develop and maintain data sets.
