RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, manufacturers, and carriers to resolve issues related to defective, damaged, or missing products
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to assess issues and determine replacement needs
  • Collect and verify all required documentation and information to support customer claims
  • Process replacement orders accurately and efficiently
  • Track and follow up on claims to ensure timely submission and resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of cases and communications in internal systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams
