REQUIREMENTS

• Strong sales background with confidence speaking to customers by phone
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms simultaneously
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including variable days and hours as needed
• Knowledge of Alaska a big plus, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, chats, and other inquiries regarding tours and shore excursions
• Assist guests with itinerary planning and tour selection
• Follow up with prospective customers to increase bookings and conversions
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently
• Learn and stay familiar with Alaska Shore Tours’ products and booking systems
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and to their satisfaction
• Collaborate with a remote team to support daily sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records using multiple software tools
