REQUIREMENTS

• Passionate and proactive Writing Expert with a genuine interest in our mission.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning complex challenges into elegant solutions.
• Agile and open mindset, willing and able to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, eager to work as part of our small, dedicated team.
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage, ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Early Bird College will also be looking to promote active, engaged, and qualified individuals to Regional Senior Writing Expert roles or the Director of Writing Experts, so ambition and desired interest in growing the role are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet the unique and variable needs of students and families, including but not limited to: Brainstorming, narrative building, topic selection, outlining, editing
• Schedule via Calendly and conduct video calls via Zoom with students and parents interested in working with you.
• Provide summaries of marketplace interactions for both student and parent use, as well as company records.
• Attend group check-in calls twice per semester.
• Promote and market both Early Bird College and Writing Expert roles across social media.
• Adhere to our client’s Rules of Engagement.
