Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; ECE (Early Childhood Education) certification is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or workshop setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood development and a nurturing disposition.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust with children and parents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and engage babies and toddlers in age-appropriate play and learning activities, fostering their development and curiosity.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by diligently cleaning and sanitizing play areas, toys, and equipment according to established protocols.
• Assist children with basic care needs, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines, with patience and sensitivity.
• Observe and document children’s developmental progress, noting any significant milestones or concerns to share with parents and supervisors.
• CONDUCT WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN
• ARTS AND CRAFT/SENSORY AND MESSY/ ETC
